2002 Audi TT Question engine starts then goes dead

Check engine light on advance auto parts hooked up diagnostic comp. Said cam sensor replaced cam sensor. Problem still occuring it would start up run a while and go dead now will start and run then go dead

I posted the same problem to another post earlier, just was not sure where to post. Anyway, like what I mentioned on my previous post, when I turn the engine, it starts as it starts normally, but it doesn't hold the rpm, and when I hit gas, it suddenly stops. I don't know why this is happening.
