2000 Audi A6 noises from machine

Hi, I have an audi a6 4.2 year 2000 v8. I have just realised that there is a noisy sound comes out from the machine. It likes knocking quite strong. Do you know why?

Connecting rod bearing worn excessively. How is oil pressure? Does noise increase with RPM?

Thanks, it sounds like that. The oil pressure is decreasing. And it sounds louder with the rpm up. I wonder how to fix it.

If rods engine overhaul would be needed especially with decreese in oil pressure
