Audi A4 fuel pump

I have already disconnected all of the wires and have tried pulling on it but the fuel pump still wont come out. Is it stuck or am I doing something wrong or do I need some sort of special tool

Filler hose is still hooked up. Open gas door and there should be screws there. Give me a shout if thats what it was
