2003 Audi A4 how?

As far as I know, the complete Climate Control Head has to be replaced since the buttons are not available separately. But if you can get them the easiest way is to remove the stereo and push the control head out from behind.

You can remove the face plate and the buttons once the Control head is removed from the dash by prying apart clips.
