2002 Audi A4 10000 miles

I have a 2002 audi A4 in the 100,000 mileage range. I was driving and the vehicle was running fine, until I hit loose gravel road. Then after that the vehicle started shaking immensely if my mileage was in the range of 30-45. Any time I stepped on the gas to increase the speed the vehicle would shake until I reached about 45 or 50 miph. What could be wrong? It brakes fine. It runs neutral great. The only time it shakes is if I step on the gas to speed up between the 30-45 mph range. I turned my vehicle off and then back on. And it shook a little but not as much as when I drive. Can you help me please?

I would go have the tires rebalanced and rotated and see if that helps. You may have hit a bump on that gravel road and it may have caused the tire to loose a weight. Let me know how this goes. Thanks
