2000 Audi A4 AC is not cooling

The ac is not cooling in the car. Is there a relay for the magnetic clutch? How can I troubleshoot the problem?

There is a high pressure/low pressure switch on the condenser if the pressure is to low the compressor and the cooling fan won't turn on, so check the system for enough pressure
