2000 A4 Audi, the windshield washer does not work but the headlight washer does.

Check the Windshield washer pump it might have stopped working. If you take off the wheel well cowl on the driver side you will see the pumps. There are two pump on the tank. Have someone spray it for you to see if it is working.
