For the turn signal problem, check the turn signal fuse and turn signal/hazard flasher relay.

For the coolant loss, you will need to check the engine compartment for wet spots. Also see if the exhaust is putting out white smoke. There are many things that can cause coolant loss such as leaky radiator hoses, cracked radiator, faulty cylinder head gasket etc.
