Are any injectors interchangeable

Tested fuel injectors in the Cutlass Ciera and found 3 dead. Are the injectors unique to the specific car or are there others I could use? Not a mechanic but trying!

Injectors are set up by the motor because of different requirements. Auto parts sell them separately.
