Anti theft system reset

My car was broken into, the back right window was smashed. The car alarm did not go off. When I got to the car the security alarm was on, as soon as I unlocked the car with the key, the alarm went on. The car locked itself all doors, all interior lights on, hazards were flashing as well. Disconnected the battery so that the car could be opened manually, the car won't start. And battery was connected again it self locked again with alarm going on non stop. How do I deactivate the anti theft alarm?
