Anti theft light

my anti theft light keeps flashing and my truck will not start. I tried to reset the system but it did not work. I do not know what else to do.

You need to do a hard system reset here is how you do it. Take the negative battery cable off and hold it to the positive battery terminal which will discharge the electrical system capacitors. Do this for ten minutes and then reconnect the battery and unlock the drivers door with your key. This should reset the system.
