Water came through the top vent behind sunroof, then radio cut off and on, then next morning my husband tried to start it for work and horn wouldn't stop blowing until he disconnected battery. Theft light is blinking, no gauges lit up at all and will not start.

Good afternoon,

The first thing I would do is check the battery.

It sounds like you have low voltage which would explain all the issues.
