Anti theft making my car not start?

The anti theft i believe is making my car not start how do i fix that I'm not able to afford to spend a bunch of money so anything that can be done cheaply or free would be great

Sure, the first thing I need to ask is if the security light is flashing when you are cranking the engine over? If so, then yes the security system is enabled. I would do hard system reboot to reset the system, this video will show you how,
