Good evening,

What fuses do not have power? Can you be more specific?

All power is working with key off and on. ECM connector was loss. But that wasn't the original problem. Still Electrical.
Car ran fine till ran out of gas one day, towed it home got gas then ignition went out, does not do anything when turning key not even click, so put in a 2 pin push button switch, 1 wire to starter solenoid and 1 to battery +with fusible link. Don't know why wont start. Getting spark fuel pump pressure good. Check engine light is on, was reading I think a 21 or 22 get sensor, replaced that, now check engine light is still on but bong read no codes, doing this with paper clip. Never checked a fuel injector before but no I should check for pulse, but can't get to them without taking the top manifold piece off.

Okay, how much fuel pressure? Try spraying some starter fluid in the air filter and see if it starts and stalls.

Yes it does. This means it's the fuel pump? Right? Please let me no ASAP so I can go buy a new one and pull the tank so I can get my six brats to school and get us some food. Thank you

Okay, you need to verify power to the pump before assuming it is the pump.

I attached a diagram for you to view. Check the fuse I circled. It is off the starter motor.

If you have power to the pump, then yes, it needs a pump.

She only has a hundred and nine original miles and I'm the second owner. I'm just going to put a new fuel pump in it plan on keeping it for a while. I have already unhooked the whole gas tank hoses and the two brackets, have a transmission jack underneath tank itself has a shield around the exhaust side won't come down. Is there a certain way to shimmy it out? Is it supposed to fall straight down? I even took all the gas out of it the shield.

You have to slide it out to the side to drop it out.

Not if, when I get this car running good, is there anyway to sup up engine, this little car can gets. Of course inexpensively. Came with an after-market cold air intake but when I first got the car I tried putting on and the car wouldn't run sensor that's in the air filter box so just put back on Factory box because car wouldn't start. But started as soon as I put back on Factory box and thank you for helping. Hopefully this works.

If you want an increase in performance, it will require a good amount of money. There is no cheap way to get it to perform better with spending a lot. Speed comes with a big price tag.

Did you verify power to the pump like I suggested before you replaced the pump?

Figured if I can hear the pump it getting power, now I can really hear it. Connector to fuel pump is easy to reach under trunk. It has three wire, purple, light blue and a black or big green.
How would I test with multi-meter?

Okay, good chance the ECM is the issue. It is what controls firing the injectors. If you have power to the pump and it is running and there is no fuel in the engine, then we are down to the ECM.
