Hello, Ken.
I have that 2012 f150 that you helped me with that I put the 2017 5.0l in and put the 2012 camshafts in it. You helped me get the timing correctly.
Now il getting a P0625 and ( that's the code that will not clear), then when running it comes up with misfires and P0340 and P03440. Battery seems fine. Where is F circuit on the alternator and does the alternator really affect the cam sensors and timing that drastically to misfire 2,3,4,7,8. Thanks again..

It looks like the alternator might not be charging, I would start the engine and use a voltmeter to check the output. This guide can help:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-a-car-alternator

P0625 - Generator Field-F Terminal Circuit Low
P0340 - Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit (Bank 1, Sensor A)
P0344 - Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit Intermittent (Bank 1, Sensor A)

The bad news in this camshaft codes come up if the timing chains are off a tooth. It is difficult to get the mark correct on these engines. :/
