What are the alternator belt Bolt specs?

I had installed a new serpentine belt and tightened the bolts not torqued. The car squeals at the ignition start for just a second. I believe the bolts are not tightened so the squeal is present. Should I just torque the bolts or unloosen them first then torque them. I don't know if they are over tightened, and I won't be able to tell if I just torque them.

Hello,

The best option would be to loosen the bolt just enough and then torqued to the specifications.

I have attached the replacement procedure including the torque specification for both the alternator belt and A/C belt below.
