When you did the freeze plug did you remove any ground wires? If so double check to make sure they are connected. Next, can you hear the fuel pump run in the tank for about 5 seconds if you turn the key on and not crank the engine over? If not, it sounds like the fuel pump when out but to confirm see if the engine will run on starting fluid. Here is a guide to help us and I have included the fuel pump replacement instruction in the images below:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/car-not-running-advanced

Use this guide to check for spark:

Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.

I thought I mention that I'm using starting fluid the fuel. The pump is working and is new, I can hear it and the fuel filter is new in. Plenty of gas up to throttle body there'd a bleed off valve. Yes, I have used starting fluid in there no fire none not even a pop or backfire or smoke or. Any kind of explosion of starting fluids very flamiable. In should pop smoke sputter something not even a lick of smoke no fire from coil to the distributor new plug wires to the distributor an plugs this truck has been in 2 local shops and were not able to fix or even a clue to report to me I did hear the mechanic say he thought there was a short. In the harness some were all fuses are good. The wiring harness is way above my pay grade in I don't know anything about the harness there several diff ones Goin every were which sensor would cause the crank but no start problem have terraced the crank shaft sensor I really need this problem fig out in solved in I know you guys know the answer.

A shorted ignition coil can cause this, I would remove the wires from the coil, then turn the key on and the red or pink wire should have power. The other wire should have pulse when the engine is cranked over. If so, replace the coil.

Here are two guides to help:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-use-a-test-light-circuit-tester

and

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-test-an-ignition-system

Please go over these guides and report back.
