Radiator fan not working

I have a 2000 mustang with 107000 miles on it. I took it in for service being that it had over 100000, but it was running fine. When I got it back from the shop my radiator hose disconnected and my fan stopped working. I called the place I took it to and they say it was a fuse. I had them to put in a new fuse. It worked for a short time but now its not running again. I don't really want to take it back to that shop. Any suggestions on what it may be and if I do need a new one how much should I expect to spend. Thanks

Check the coolant temp sensor and coolant temp sending unit. Also the fan's relay could be wet with coolant and that can be shorting it out.
