Help with OBD II not connecting please.

O.K. what's happening is system is OBD II but in 94-96 system was in transistion and did not become readable by OBD II scanner till 97. What is needed is a TECH 1 scanner and only GM dealer will have and will be hard to find.

You may be able to find a tech 1 at the vocational schools the teach auto repair, I know mine had one, Porter and chester institute.
