97 Sebring JXI convertable upper intake removal(2.5L/V6)

My mom has a 97 sebring JXI convertable with the 2.5l with approx. 150,000mi

I need to change plugs and wires on it and to do so I have to remove the upper intake and I cant figure out how to get the 12mm bolt out of the back side of the intake can anyone help here?

I have searched this sight all the way through to see if this question had been asked before but it had not. The last question of the whereabouts of bob and ken it was replyed to by one of the two saying that they would answer a question if all the imformation was detailed in the subject. I could really use the two car pros help on this matter before my moms car blows in to smitherines. So if you could find the time to answer this question it would be much apriciated
