95 Geo Tracker Run On

I bought a 1995 GEO Tracker that runs on after you turn the key off. It has 150 compression on all Cylinders, new cap, plugs, wires. It has 100,005 mile on it. Any Ideas?

Either your engine idle RPM is too high or the timing could be advanced too much.

I suspect the Idle Air controller might need to be cleaned or replaced as it lets in air in the intake to control idle rpm's. It may even be a simple as the base idle screw has been adjusted so the RPM is high.
