94 Tempo: I drove w/ parking break and now it runs horribly

Well. I drove with the parking break on for about 10 miles (estimate) hit up to 55 mph. At first it was fine, then it just died, I didnt hear anything, until after I got it started again, it knocks, dies when I slow down to turn or stop, and now its just louder than ever. It had a start up problem when I bought it. Before the parking break incident. I need help.

There is only two options replace the engine or get a new car because when that happened it put to much pressure on the armrods and they twisted ounce this happens the engine cannot be saved
