I WAS CHANGING MY PLUGS AND 1 OR MORE PLUGS SEEM TO BE LOSING COMPREESION.I GET A PSS/PSS/PSS NOISE OUT OF IT.I TOOK THE MIDDLE PLUG"?&Quot; OUT, IT WAS HARD THEN JUST GOT REAL LOOSE LIKE IT WAS CROSSED THREADED. CAN I PUT LOCK TIGHT ON IT FOR BETTER COMPRESSION, SINCE I'M NEVER GOING TO CHANGE IT AGAIN?AND IF NOT WHAT CAN I DO FOR NOW?
Hi, you are NEVER going to take that plug out again?
Been really disgusted with mine before but not that much! But before that maybe you could look into a threaded insert for that plug hole. Not positive how it goes but think you enlarge hole and insert a threaded sleeve somehow. Try a search on rebuilding heads and you may get more info on this.
Just trying to help. Hang in there, it'll get better. 8)
P.S. If you really are going to make it permanant
JB weld works pretty good!
