Can I interchange computers between throttle body and Multi-point

I have a 94 lumina apv with a siezed 3.1 engine.I have a 93 lumina car with a 3.1 I know that one is throttle body and one is multi-point but can I put the car engine in the van and swap computers If not can I swap heads and intakes and use the car's bottom end?

I don't see why not. If you intend to switch the short block, I would double check them for compatibility as far as one having sensors or other components the other doesn't have. There shouldn't be much of a difference though. If any.
