I have faced the problem while I drive my car on bad/broken road condition (Avg Speed 30-40 KM/PH) where steering & wheels are not moved simultaneous, it's also happen when the car jump over bump by oversight. When I move to service centre for repair they suggest me for wheel balancing & alignment & accordingly they do that but my problem still persist. Kindly suggest me why this problem occur? What type of technical mechanism is being used to cobtrol the balance between steering & wheels.

If the tires are very wide profile, they would tend to be heavy and this would affect the steering wheel over rough terrains.

If the steering rack free play is excessive, same problem would occur.

Other possible causes are worn steering linkages and bad control arm bushes.
