I have a 2002 ram 1500 5.9 about 53000 miles on it. It just started to have a small vibration when accelerating or keeping a constant speed. Once I let off of the gas and it's ideling/coasting the vibration is gone, so I don't think it's the tires. Any help would be appericated.

Thanks

Sounds like a u-joint in the driveshaft.
Do you hear a clunk when you move the shifter from park to drive? ( Loose joint sign)

If so, slide under the truck, ( after you return it to park and kill the motor  ) and twist the driveshaft looking for play in any u-joint. If none, it still may be the problem as it may be seizing up. In that case pull the shaft out and move the u-joint back and forth, it should have no resistance.
