2001 Questions for all other cars automatic door key

I have a 2001 dodge stratus. I took it to the dodge dealership for windshield wiper problem. They replaced a computer. Now the automatic key will not unlock the door. It was working fine until the mechanic had repaired the wiper computer. Now they are they are telling me that I have another part broken.

I know this is late, but if you still have your hand book for your car see if you can reprogram it yourself. You may have a bad battery in your remote as well. Otherwise they may have changed yoru body module and didn't reprogram your remote like they should have done.
