1998 Passat GLX RADIO QUESTION!

My buddy just bought a 98 passat with a single din cassette deck, with only a cd changer in the rear which is missing the CD CARTRIDGE, he was wondering if he would be able to install the Double Din radio in his car or if he can install that add-in cd player in the dash?

You can just get a aftermarket, but of course you will have to get a adapter for the cd player, and also a adapter for the radio. I have a 1998 jetta the radios are the same you shouldn't have any problem.
