How do you replace the mirror?? Is it an easy job or a hard job?? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks anyway guys, I changed the mirror in about 10 minutes, I can't believe they wanted 100 dollars at the dealer to change the mirror. I am truly in the wrong buisiness LOL
