The 94 and 95 codes are very hard to read without a scanner. They are called Simtec codes. Putting a jumper between the connector and counting flashes
My listing doesn't list a code 35 but it does list a 54 which is a fuel pump relay malfunction.
Normally a "spit back" through the throttle body means a lean condition
