I am running 1995 civic EXV with vitec engine, it has 190000km and automatic transmission. When my engine is cold my transmission is hard to shift and also a bumpy. It shift from 2nd to 3rd at about 3500rpm and also when I drive at this speed for few second after that it shift. I notice my transmission mount is broke. I also notice it use more gas in winter then summer. My transmission is changing from 1st to 2nd at 3000rpm from 2nd to 3rd at 3500 rpm and from 3rd to 4th at 3000 rpm. Problem is when it hot it will change immediately at this rpm but when it cold I have to drive for few second at this speed then I jump to next gear. I notice when downhill it shift quickly almost 1000rpm less then above.

Check your transmission fluid level and color. A flush and fluid change might be wise. Be sure to put in the proper Honda fluid. Winter or cold weather will always make a vehicle use more fuel.

Get the mount fixed. That is very important. You don't want the motor to drop and put extra pressure on the axles or rest on the axle. This can also put extra wear on the other mounts as well.
