My pulley split and fell off. Or it fell off and was cut in half by the fan. In any case I need to replace it.

Is it pressed on only? I don't see a bolt hole in the end of the shaft. What do I need to press another one back on?

Can this be done without removing the pump?

The pump seems to spin ok and I'd rather not replace the whole thing.

Thanks in advance

Yes, the pulley is a press on fit. You can buy a press kit or you might be able to get one on loan from an Autozone or other parts store.
It can be done in place. In fact, in order to get it in the right postion on the shaft, it must be done in place. Be careful to get the pulley lined up with the other grooved pulleys.

Good luck.
Let me know how it turns out.
