My brake pedal goes all the way to the floor. I checked my pads and rotors. I have flushed and bled the lines. I really don't know what else to do here. Please help!

Pretty much directly in front of the driver, but under the hood, at the firewall. You'll see the brake lines going to it.

What do you think is wrong with it? Is there a way to fix it without needing a new one?

It's internally bad. I would stay away from a reman and go with a new one.

I guess 14+ years and 225K isn't so bad on the factory one.

Thank you for all your time and help!! I really appreciate your opinion.
