Upon acceleration there is a high pictch funny sound and it hapens just around when the turbo gage goes from negative to positive. Could it be one of the turbos and what are the symptoms of a bad turbo. Please somebody help me before I bring it to a mechanic.

Yep it sounds like the bearing in one of turbos pull off the intake tube to the front of the turbo and turn the impler by hand it shoud turn smooth and make no noise
thats were i'd start hope this helps
