I have had my front wiper stop working on me twice now the first time was about one month ago. It was snowing and they were working fine for about thirty minutes. Then they just stopped, Luckily the snow was not heavy enough to stick to the window with the defrost on. The next day when I went to figure out why they were not working. They Worked. So I left it at that. They have been fine like I said for about one month I have not had to use them heavy until today, and they were on for about twenty to thirty minutes then nothing.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have a 1990 Mazda Miata and now that the summer is over I have noticed that when it is cold outside, both my heater and my windshield wipers do notwork at all. No air no movement no nothing. Then after about ten to forty minutes of being warmed up they start going again. Although I have found that when I turn the car off but just leave it running on battery they both work, and the heater just gives off cold air. I feel like this is a bit of a hazard and a huge inconvenience because it is so unpredictable. I was just wondering what it could be and how much it would be to repair. Thanks!

Six cylinder two wheel drive manual

I have a 2001 Rover 75 2.5l V6 and the wipers just stopped working the jets still work. Any ideas what this could be due to?

Thanks

Have you check all fuses and relays for the wiper system? Also, check for power at the wiper motor and the wiper switch with a test light. The switch should have power going to it with the key on and power going out with the switch on.

Good Luck,
Your feedback is appreciated.

The alternator was taken out and tested good and battery is new.

Wipers blades do not work at low, high or any level. They stay straight across windshield, but fluid comes out fine when I push in switch.

What is the problem?

Okay, first thing I would check would be the relay or fuse that would be label as wipers and so forth. It might have blown on you. That would be the cheapest thing to check first. Second would be checking the wiring that goes to wiper motor are check motor its self (So one of two I would say fuse/relay bad or wiper motor bad). Washer fluid is on different setup and has its own little pump on or inside of fluid tank. Also, in first post you wrote something about snow? Maybe you had to much and inner arms might had broke. If you hear wiper motor running and not moving this could be the case. Well hope this well help you find your problem. If you have any questions make sure you just hit reply below this message so I can get back to you quicker. If you re-post for me in different post I well not get a notice.
Good luck, Jess S
