All brakes locked up?

The truck is 2005 my bad. I replaced both front calipers, both rear wheel cylinders, all of the lines, the booster, the master cylinder, and both front hoses. I bled them until the fluid came out in a stream, but my pedal is still pretty spongy. My rear is locked up completely and my front is spinnable but I can tell it's also locked up a little. I also replaced all the ball joints while I was down there if that makes a difference. I am just a wrench monkey with no actual knowledge of how to diagnose issues, so any insight into what the cause is would be appreciated.

Sure, it sounds like the master is defective or the brake pedal is not fully returning, but to be sure when the brakes are locked up try loosening the mounting nuts for the brake master three turns to see if the brakes release. This guide can help as well:
