1990 Alfa Romeo Spider Cylinder Sleeve seals (o rings?)

How do I remove the cylinder sleeves in order to replace the seals?

You will either have to purchase or rent a special tool called a sleeve puller, if you have the engine out of the car you can turn it over, and knock out with a 2 x 4 or a piece of hardware and a hammer
