1988 Alfa Romeo Spider Not turned over in 7 years

This car was running when it was parked, but nothing was done to it in terms of preparation for long term storage.

Plan on dumping fuel tank, changing oil and coolant.
I also plan to pull plugs and turn over by hand. The biggest question is what to put in the cylinders prior to that and how long to let it soak in?

Any other recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

I would suggest some WD-40, or you can use regular engine oil in an oil can and just give a couple of pumps and each cylinder, when you are done turn over the engine with the starter with the spark plugs out, and clean out the cylinders
