Car was in a accident I replaced airbags and had the airbag module reset. Now when I plug everything up are the airbags going to blow on me? Do I need to do anything else?

If everything is on good order, it is just plug and play. Disconnect the battery negative terminal first. How did you reset the module without everything installed?

I sent the module to my airbags and had it reset I got all the airbags, but I did not replace the impact sensors. Is that going to be a problem?

The airbag is designed with safety in mind and is not going to explode while being installed. It is automatically self-disabled when a fault is detected. If the airbag light stays on after installation, it would mean something is wrong and you would need a scan tool to retrieve the trouble code.
