Air vents

The two middle air vents in my car never work and the windshield defroster is always on no matter what setting I have it on.

Try pulling HVAC fuse for sixty seconds with key on then reinstall it may reset the actuator. It may be controlled by cable as well it will probably be by gas pedal we have no pictures of this part.
