Air not coming out of center vents?

The blower motor is working and the air is blowing inside the dash. However it is not coming out of the vents. Is it the mode door? Part number and location in the truck. Thanks!

The mode door is controlled by a cable not an actuator. Here is the information on that:

The HVAC control assembly is a non-class 2 device that interfaces between the operator and the HVAC system to maintain air temperature and distribution settings. An ignition 3 voltage circuit provides power to the control assembly. The air temperature and mode doors are controlled by cables. The recirculation actuator is electrically controlled. The control assembly does not support the features.

So, the cable has fallen off or the cable needs to be replaced here are the instructions for that is the images below. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.
