Air conditioning blows out the windshield?

The A/C blows cold, but it only blows out the windshield not the vents.

This is because the mode actuator is not working which is on the lower left side of the HVAC unit housing. Here is the exact locations so you can swap it out and fix the problem. Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response of any problem.
