Seats vibrates only when the A/C is on?

When I have the A/C on, my car idles roughly and when I drive it seems the pedals and my seats vibrates only when the A/C is on. There is also air leak underneath the passenger side when the A/C is on. Is my compressor going to need to be replaced?
