Air conditioner runs all the time

I have the car listed above LS model. None of the switches will change any function. Had to remove the fuse in the fuse panel to stop it air conditioner. What can I do?

Do you mean the fan stills blows all the time?

Do you mean the controls will not work?

Can you be more specific of the issue?

If I put the fuse back into fuse box the air conditioner continues. To run full blast cold. You can't change with climate control switches.

Still not clear.

Can you get defroster to work?

Will it go to the floor when you command it?

I am trying to determine is it is the climate control head or something else.
