Checking the system at proper temperature and humidity I get 95 on the low side and 100 high side. When it is working as it is now I get thirty degrees from the duct reading. It has been running for an hour now. The low side meter is got a little vibrating going on.

According to what I know it should not be putting out cold air with these readings. But, like I said it might not come on tomorrow or it might. This morning it came on and these are the readings.

This kind of sounds like a bad compressor but being auto temperature control you should have a mechanic scan for codes first. If compressor is bad system needs to be flushed. See link.

One final question. I increased the cabin temperature to 90 and the compressor did not shutdown. Could there be a second problem?

Well there could be these have auto temperature control and can only be diagnosed with a scanner that a mechanic uses. So that should be done as well, but if compressor is working with the pressures you gave sounds like it is shot.

Make sure that the compressor runs before replacing it. It may not be running like the clutch is not engaging.
