I am thinking of buying this vehicle but it has these advisories below. I just wondered (roughly) how much it would cost to fix these? The vehicle is advertised for £1500

Front Anti-roll bar has slight play in a pin/bush (2.4.G.2).
Offside Front Track rod end ball joint has slight play (2.2.B.1f).
Rear Brake pad(s) wearing thin (3.5.1g).
Oil leak ().

Thank you so much if you can help.

Anti-roll bar (aka sway bar) end links. About $30.00 each, takes about half an hour to change both if they are not rusted in.

Track-rod-end (tie rod end). About $35.00 and takes about fifteen minutes to replace and add in half an hour to reset the tow.

Rear brakes. Cost will depend on if it also needs rotors and parking brake shoes replaced as well. From $100.00 to $500.00 depending on what is actually needed. No way to tell without having it apart and checking the parts.

Oil Leak. This will depend on what is actually leaking. Something like the valve covers might be $200.00, but if it is a rear main seal or oil pan the price goes way up quick.
