Adjusting the TPS sensor

The car is jerking during driving conditions when warm, plus or minus between 1,500 to 2500 revs thereafter it clears out, it seems the less. I have in the tank the worse it gets, I replaced the fuel filter and fuel pump, checked for vacuum leaks, it also when in jerking stage and I come to the robot, it idles rough, almost like it has a miss. The idle needle on rev counter is nice and steady as well, not bouncing around!

I have a feeling it could be the TPS set incorrectly, the motor was overhauled completely, new everything, when I got it back it did this. I have noticed the TPS is set on maximum to the one side, which to my eyes does not seem right.

The fast idle screw is also almost all the way in to get the cam lobe of the fast idle system off the throttle.

I would like to know how to adjust both, the fast idle and TPS.

It does sound like the TPS is off. Here are diagrams to help you get the job done. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.
