Adding driving/fog lights

I have the car listed above (XSE), and the front light assembly consist of one cable hardness. I don't know which wire out of the 9 stranded wires are for the turn signal so I can tap into for the adding fog light and LED turn signal kit.
I do have the harness.

I found the headlight and running light/blinker wiring for your car so you can see how the system works and which wire to tap into. this guide will help you test for power:
