2004 Acura RSX heater fan wont work

My heater fan wont work is there a relay or fuse some where

Cooling fan fuse under the hood is #1 and #4, under the dash is #14.
Blower motor fuse is also #14 under the dash, #12 under the hood and the blower motor relay is there as well. There's also a thermistor in between.
Not sure which you refer to as a heater fan
