2002 Acura RSX 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

I have an 02 RSX-S and my air conditioning compressor is not turning on, my door locks are not working unless used with the key, the windshield wipers do not work and the brake light stays on even when the brake is not engaged. I have heard that the problem can be fixed by replacing the Multiplex Control Unit. Can someone please confirm this. The dealership quotes me like 380 bucks which is crazy. Ive seen that other people find this for like 80 bucks, please give me more information on this!
Thanks

I know that this is an old question but it may help someone else. I have a RSX 2002 manual transmission, I took it to an Acura dealer and told them about the brake light, door locks, AC compressor and overhead light, also that I had changed out and checked all of the fuses. I knew that it was not a fuse. The dealer maint dept had me order a new brake cylinder big $$ and a part that is the fuse box holder that is under the passenger side. The upshot is I did not need the brake cylinder and you can not return it and they knew. I did need the fuse box holder. In the back of it is an engine control module unit that controls the door locks, overhead light, brake light and AC compressor. Once you say those symptoms they just have to replace that. You can do it your self if you want to. The part number is 38200-s6m-a01 fuse box assy. Good luck!
